PRP LIFT AND FILLER

PRP lift and fillers make use of autologous platelet rich plasma which by definition comes from the patient’s own blood. Platelet enriched plasma contains a lot of more rejuvenated growth factor and allows for more stem cell attraction resulting to fuller and tighter skin. It also improves depressed scars. The treatment requires at least 3 sessions done on monthly intervals. The results can last at an average of 1 year and half to 2 years with proper maintenance.

How is it done?

Blood is extracted from the patient and centrifuged immediately. The plasma component is aspirated and mixed with a special solution which may vary depending on the what procedure is to be done; whether a PRP lift or filler. The processed solution is then applied or injected into problem areas.

Is the procedure safe?

Yes. The procedure is safe and well tolerated by patients. The risk for any adverse reaction is offset by the fact that the patient’s own blood is used.
