The technology was acquired by Dr. Belo after returning from a trip to Milan, Italy. The laser goes through the skin and makes the fat cells burst, melt and become loose, making the unwanted fat easier to get rid of. The laser, which seals the blood vessels, also allows skin contraction so there’s no more loose skin after the procedure.

The advantages of Belo SmartLipo are: easier painless removal of fat, better skin contraction, less bruising and swelling and a much shorter recovery time. The technique of water-jet liposuction is safe and gentle. It offers a very good way for molding the tissue during the operation and removing subcutaneous fat build-ups. Apart from the solution for the water jet, no additional drugs are required except for local sedative anesthesia.

Almost every area in the body can be treated through AquaLipo, including the arms, stomach, belly, love handles, outer thighs, inner thighs, frontal thighs, calves and inner side of the knees.
