The Customer Care Specialist primarily receives inbound calls and responds to customer’s call & email inquiries, build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company, or makes outbound calls for follow-up customer support or telemarketing purposes, following a set of standards established for call management, call accuracy, call handling and data encoding accuracy.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Candidate must be willing to work in San Juan City.
