The Patient Care Specialist or Receptionist attends to patients and customers in the clinic and performs a variety of tasks to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required skills: a high level of organizational skills, precise attention to detail, effective team working skills, ability to multi task, diplomacy and sensitivity when working with clients, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must be open to work 6 days a week and during holidays
